  My family and I are eternally grateful to Town & Country Pest Solutions, and especially to Kelly, Drew and Jeremy (our AMAZING technician), who were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind throughout.  And they made it very easy to schedule an appointment quickly, which  truly was a blessing!

Needless to say, it was a super stressful time and knowing that we could trust Jeremy to identify the source of the problem and find a quick resolution once he arrived was so important to us.  His professional and calm demeanor immediately put us at ease and he took the time to patiently listen and answer ALL of the many questions we had throughout the process.

Most importantly, we greatly appreciated his honesty.  He ensured we understood what to expect every step of the way and that we did not pay for any services that we did not need, which was quite refreshing and heartening.
