Why is there an inspection fee?
Every home and animal behavior is unique, so we don’t provide “ballpark” phone estimates. This fee covers a comprehensive, on-site “home inspection” where a specialist identifies entry points, provides visual evidence (photos/video), and builds a custom repair plan. Best of all: If you hire us to solve the problem, the full inspection fee is credited toward your service. You get expert answers and a professional roadmap with no added cost to the final project.
Do you offer eco-friendly products?
Yes, we do offer eco-friendly products.
Do I need to be home when the technician comes?
Yes, if interior work is being performed the customer will have to be home to let the technician into the home. No, if only exterior work is being performed.
What should I do about my pet or children in the home?
If a pesticide is being applied inside the home, all people and pets should evacuate for the recommended duration of time specified by the office or technician. If pesticide is being applied to the exterior of the home, all people and pets should stay inside for 30 minutes to allow the pesticide to dry.
What areas do you service?
We service locations in Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and other surrounding areas. We also service areas in Canandaigua, Utica, Batavia, Ithaca and many more. Wildlife exclusion is only available in the Monroe County area. Every other county we service is strictly for pest and rodent activity.
