My family and I are eternally grateful to Town & Country Pest Solutions, and especially to Kelly, Drew and Jeremy (our AMAZING technician), who were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind throughout.  And they made it very easy to schedule an appointment quickly, which  truly was a blessing!

Needless to say, it was a super stressful time and knowing that we could trust Jeremy to identify the source of the problem and find a quick resolution once he arrived was so important to us.  His professional and calm demeanor immediately put us at ease and he took the time to patiently listen and answer ALL of the many questions we had throughout the process.

Most importantly, we greatly appreciated his honesty.  He ensured we understood what to expect every step of the way and that we did not pay for any services that we did not need, which was quite refreshing and heartening. It is clear everyone at this company puts the customer's needs above all else.

Thanks to Jeremy, the situation was resolved quickly and I'm happy to report that there there have been no further issues.

Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Town and Country.  It was an absolute pleasure working with their team from beginning to end, even though the situation at hand was anything but! Calin was wonderful to deal with by phone and email. Very professional and it's obvious she's a real asset to your team.
