Why is there an inspection fee?
The inspection fee covers the time, travel, and expertise of our licensed technicians. It allows us to perform a comprehensive evaluation of your property, identify the specific root of the issue, and create a customized treatment plan. In many cases, if you choose to move forward with the recommended service, we will apply the inspection fee toward your first treatment.
Do I need to be home when the technician comes?
For exterior-only services, you do not need to be home as long as our technicians have access to the perimeter of your property (gates unlocked, pets secured). However, if the issue requires interior treatment, an adult over the age of 18 must be present to let the technician inside and discuss the findings.
